This movie is a sequel to “Ice Age: The Meltdown”. We see in the beginning that lives of Manny and his friends have changed. Scrat is trying to keep his beloved acorn with him. He manages to have romance with a squirrel whose name is Scratte. Ellie and Manny are waiting for their first child to come. Sid wants to start his own family. Therefore he wrongly steals the eggs of dinosaurs, which leads him to an underground world. Now, he can be rescued only by the friends of his clan. Rest of the movie is about challenges faced by Sid.
